Gary has been a director and officer of numerous publicly traded companies and brings over 30 years of industry experience. He serves as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Troubadour Resources Inc., Chairman, CEO and Directors of Origen Resources Inc. (CSE: ORGN) and President of Coast Mountain Geological Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of British Columbia.

Past industry roles include Director of Kodiak Copper Corp., CEO and Director of Explorex Resources Inc., CEO and Director of International Lithium Corp., CEO and Director of TNR Gold Corp., and a founding Director of Winspear Resources Ltd. that went on to discover the Snap Lake diamond mine operated by DeBeers from 2008 to 2015.

Geoff brings over 10 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry. He serves as President and Director of Troubadour Resources Inc., Director of Origen Resources Inc. (CSE: ORGN) and Managing Director of Coast Mountain Geological Ltd. where he provides oversight and management on exploration and development projects for a variety of clients ranging from junior exploration to large international mining companies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.

Mike has been a director and officer of numerous publicly-traded companies and his expertise extends across multiple commodities and jurisdictions. His accomplishments include steering a company through a $20 million acquisition resulting in a $200 million market capitalization in two years; sourced a strategic partnership with a large global lithium product manufacturer; permitted a potash project through the US BLM (only one of two permitted in the last 40 years) and while he was President of this company, it was named to the TSX50 "Top 10 Mining Companies" for two consecutive years. He holds a MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology.

Alastair is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (Washington) specializing in resource-focused accounting and finance. Mr. Brownlow has accumulated extensive experience working as CFO of TSX Venture Exchange listed resource companies, spanning exploration, development, and production stages. He has also worked as an auditor in the British Virgin Islands. Prior to this, Mr. Brownlow worked for a Canadian chartered professional accountant firm where he specialized in the mining industry, gaining significant accounting experience auditing resource companies with operations throughout the world. Alastair holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with first class honours from Simon Fraser University.

Paul Chung has approximately 20 years of professional experience in the management of public companies and has experience in asset acquisitions, financings, investor relations and marketing for international businesses, as well as in project management and possesses extensive skills in bringing companies to the public markets and negotiating international transactions.
