Zachary Kotowych
CEO & Director
Zachary P. Kotowych, Hons. B.Sc., M.Sc., brings nearly a decade of experience in capital markets, exploration, and corporate strategy to Troubadour Resources. He previously served in corporate development roles at several junior mining companies, most recently Abitibi Metals Corp., where he contributed to advancing the B26 Polymetallic Deposit in Quebec and supported M&A and strategic initiatives. Before that, he worked in equity research at Haywood and Red Cloud Securities, focusing on mining equities. His exploration experience includes technical work with Great Bear Resources, Carlisle Goldfields, and Solstice Gold. He holds an M.Sc. in Geophysics and an Hons. B.Sc. in Mathematics and Geology from the University of Toronto.

Navin Varshney
Director
Mr. Varshney has had a four-decade career in the capital markets and mineral exploration and development sector where he has acted as President, CEO, and CFO of multiple Toronto Stock Exchange-listed issuers and served on many public company boards. He brings significant experience specializing in developing, structuring and financing venture capital companies, specifically in the mining and technology sectors, with over $30-million raised in the past decade in his public and private ventures. Mr. Varshney’s extensive experience in analyzing and speculating in the metals, mining and technology sectors has greatly benefited the organizations he has been associated with including most recently, Usha Resources, where they negotiated a sale of an asset for $26-million (U.S.) to Stardust Power, Inc., a mid-tier American lithium developer.

Ram Kumar
Mr. Kumar currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Panther Minerals. Most recently, he was Director of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) at Valsoft Corporation, where he oversaw the complete buy-side acquisition process for vertical market software companies worldwide.
Before joining Valsoft, Mr. Kumar held investment banking positions in Montreal and New York City at BMO Capital Markets, Lazard, and DNA Capital. In these roles, he advised public and private clients on a wide array of M&A and capital markets deals spanning the industrials, power & utilities, consumer retail, media, and technology sectors. He launched his career in private equity at Novacap Management, one of Canada’s premier investment firms.
Mr. Kumar earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Honours Finance from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business.

Khalid Naeem
CFO
Mr. Naeem brings over 18 years of rich experience as a Canadian chartered professional accountant (CPA), with a strong record in financial management, tax compliance and strategic financial reporting. His leadership in the resource sector, including his current role as CFO for Usha Resources Ltd., amongst other public issuers, positions him to significantly enhance Troubadour’s financial strategy and execution. His expertise will be particularly valuable as the company advances its exploration projects and seeks to capitalize on new opportunities in the sector.
